About the Role

Arista Networks is a leading provider of data-driven, client-to-cloud networking solutions for large data center, campus, and routing environments. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the enterprise market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at our target accounts, including C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the business needs of our clients and position Arista's software-driven Cloud Networking solutions as the best fit to address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with Arista's systems engineers to design and deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with technology partners to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Establish and manage key channel relationships to drive sales growth and expand our reach in the enterprise market.
  • Develop and execute demand generation activities to drive interest and engagement with our target accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor strategies to ensure Arista remains a leader in the market.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise market, including the challenges and opportunities facing large organizations.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
