Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Position Overview: The Enterprise Sales Account Manager is a seasoned sales expert responsible for spearheading comprehensive sales strategies across designated accounts and regions. This role encompasses account and territory planning, prospecting, qualifying, selling, and successfully closing new business opportunities within large prospects and established accounts.

The Enterprise Sales Account Manager will focus on promoting Kofax's Intelligent Automation software suite, alongside our Imaging solutions that encompass print, capture, PDF, and OCR technologies. Our unique platform revolutionizes information-heavy business processes, reduces manual tasks and errors, lowers costs, and enhances customer engagement. By integrating RPA, cognitive capture, process orchestration, mobility, and analytics, we facilitate seamless implementations that yield significant results, mitigate compliance risks, and bolster competitiveness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, orchestrate, and secure new business within targeted accounts, emphasizing the compelling ROI of Kofax solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation Team, Inside Sales Team, and Sales Engineers to cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Effectively oversee multiple sales cycles concurrently.
- Articulate the value of Kofax solutions to VP and C-level stakeholders, aligning with their strategic objectives.
- Establish and nurture strong, referenceable relationships with existing clients.
- Accurately qualify and forecast deals consistently.
- Develop and implement field marketing initiatives to stimulate pipeline growth.
- Expand and maintain a comprehensive network of contacts across all business lines within each target account, aiming for a minimum of 40 contacts per organization.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective prospecting and qualification, maintaining a pipeline at least four times the target.
- Engage opportunistically with Kofax's partner network for joint prospecting and qualification efforts.
- Drive the development of new accounts and the expansion of existing accounts within the distribution or retail sales channel.
- Conduct regular updates to ensure the CRM system remains accurate and up-to-date, adhering to management guidelines.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in enterprise software and service solutions, including Cloud and SaaS, targeting high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts across various sectors.
- Established relationships with large enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales quotas in previous Enterprise Sales roles.
- Proven ability to position and sell solutions that align with customer strategic goals, recognizing underlying operational needs.
- Experience in direct and channel sales with RPA, cognitive capture, process orchestration, mobility, and analytics is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and technical presentation skills.
- Strong intellectual capabilities, enthusiasm, integrity, and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions to top-tier clients.
- Proven track record of closing deals through effective negotiation and deal management.
- Outstanding business development skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience with strategic sales training and solution selling methodologies.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with strong presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic, adept at managing lengthy sales cycles and developing significant opportunities with a commitment to long-term success.

- BS/BA or equivalent is required; MBA is preferred.
