About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Executive is a seasoned sales professional responsible for driving strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into assigned account lists and/or geographies. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Planning and Management: Identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within assigned target accounts, leveraging the compelling return on investment provided by Tungsten Automation's solutions.
  • Pipeline Development: Work closely with the Lead Generation Team, Inside Sales Team, and Sales Engineer resources to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business in both existing customers and prospects.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles to ensure timely and successful closure of deals.
  • Value Proposition: Understand and articulate the value of Tungsten Automation's solutions to VP and C-level audiences, aligning with the prospect's strategic objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, referenceable relationships with existing clients.
  • Deal Qualification and Forecasting: Qualify and forecast deals accurately and consistently.
  • Field Marketing: Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth.
  • Contact Development: Grow and maintain a deep and wide set of contacts across all lines of business within each target account, targeting no less than 40 contact points across each organization.
  • Prospecting and Qualification: Actively work with internal teams to perform all necessary steps for effective prospecting and qualification, creating a pipeline no less than 4X of the target.
  • Partner Engagement: Leverage Tungsten Automation's list of partners opportunistically to jointly engage in prospecting, qualifying, calls, or visits according to Enterprise account mapping plans with partners.
  • New Account Development and Expansion: Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within the distribution or retail sales channel.
  • CRM Management: Perform regular housekeeping activities to ensure the CRM system is always clean and up to date, in accordance with Management's guidelines.
