Position Overview: The Enterprise Sales Account Manager is a seasoned sales expert responsible for spearheading comprehensive sales strategies across designated accounts and regions. This role involves meticulous account and territory planning, as well as the prospecting, qualifying, and closing of new business opportunities within substantial prospects and established accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage sales initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis through a proven solution-selling framework.
  • Engage in high-level discussions with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders, leveraging strategic partnerships for enhanced access and influence.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute sales plans that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned target accounts, emphasizing the significant return on investment that Kofax solutions provide.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Lead Generation, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering, to cultivate a robust pipeline of new business from both existing clients and prospects.
  • Effectively manage multiple sales cycles concurrently while ensuring accurate forecasting and deal qualification.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with current clients, ensuring they remain referenceable.
  • Conduct field marketing activities to stimulate pipeline growth and maintain a wide network of contacts across all business lines within each target account.
  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM system in accordance with management guidelines.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in enterprise software and service solutions, including Cloud and SaaS offerings.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in previous Enterprise Sales roles.
  • Strong relationships with large enterprise accounts and a demonstrated ability to position and sell solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong emphasis on negotiation and deal management.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and develop seven-figure opportunities with a commitment to long-term success.
  • BS/BA or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
