Enterprise Key Account Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Key Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our retail portfolio by identifying, negotiating, and developing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners.
In this role, you'll engage in high-level business discussions with C-level executives, leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decisions. You'll need to be comfortable navigating complex business, logistics, and financial conversations.
You'll have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborate across teams to build a winning proposition. Our goal is to scale our existing partnerships in the local market, and we're looking for someone to help us achieve this.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and manage a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships in the enterprise segment.
- Build relationships with identified leads, tailoring our approach to position Wolt as a partner of choice for their omni-channel strategy.
- Lead negotiations on partnership terms, using data and logic to gauge potential performance and unit economics.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competition and various verticals in the market.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partner representatives, helping them overcome issues related to the Wolt service to develop and grow existing partnerships.
- Work closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition for the market.
- Participate in refining the local sales strategy to accelerate Wolt market penetration.
- Proven success in sales, business development, and negotiation.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, and/or last-mile logistics-related sales is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, with an instinct for identifying the right opportunities.
- Demonstrable consultative sales approach, with the ability to build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to specific partners.
- Skilled in both new sales and developing existing clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to generate buy-in and build followership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in the local language and English.
