Enterprise Key Account Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Key Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our retail portfolio by identifying, negotiating, and developing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners.

In this role, you'll engage in high-level business discussions with C-level executives, leveraging data and insights to drive business outcomes. You'll collaborate across teams to build a winning proposition, showcasing your entrepreneurial flair and ability to navigate complex business environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships in the enterprise segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with identified leads, positioning Wolt as a partner of choice to support their omni-channel strategy.
  • Lead negotiations regarding partnership terms, using data and logic to gauge potential performance and unit economics.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, with a deep understanding of various verticals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner representatives, helping them overcome issues related to the Wolt service.
  • Work closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition for the market.
  • Develop opportunities for expanding existing partnerships across Wolt's diverse product and service offerings.
  • Contribute to refining the local sales strategy to accelerate Wolt market penetration.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in sales, business development, and negotiation.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, and/or last-mile logistics-related sales is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, with an instinct for identifying opportunities and presenting to Director/VP/CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable consultative sales approach, with the ability to build relationships and tailor Wolt's offering and business model to specific partners.
  • Skilled in new sales and developing existing clients, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actions and analyze sales metrics.
  • Fluent in the local language and English.
