Job Summary:

The Enterprise Account Manager at Ansys is responsible for driving business growth and customer success through strategic partnerships and account development. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to develop and execute account plans that meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and customer success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of successful technical sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in account development and customer success
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and local language of the territory
