Who You Will Collaborate With

As a vital member of the Arista Sales team, you will represent Arista to our clients, acting as their internal advocate for the challenges they face. Your role will involve aligning Arista's technical capabilities to fulfill your client's business objectives. You will work alongside some of the most talented Customer Engineers in the industry, as well as Professional Services and our Executive teams, to help them execute on behalf of your clients. Our sales culture emphasizes teamwork and success, allowing you to collaborate with and receive support from like-minded sales professionals. This position typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.


Your Responsibilities

Arista Networks is recognized as a pioneer and leader in providing software-driven Cloud Networking solutions.

We are in search of a Senior Named Account Manager to enhance our expanding Sales organization. In this capacity, you will employ a consultative sales strategy to nurture client relationships within enterprise named accounts, as well as develop new opportunities. You should possess extensive experience working with large enterprises and global organizations, particularly those operating in the Swedish markets.

Your primary focus will be to acquire and expand both new and existing business across a designated portfolio of accounts. Relevant experience may be drawn from various sectors, including Transportation, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Surpassing measurable sales targets and promoting the Arista brand within 5-6 designated enterprise accounts while also cultivating new logo accounts.
  • Utilizing a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address the business requirements of hybrid cloud computing and isolated legacy IT systems across the Arista product range, which includes software-driven Cloud Networking solutions, CloudEOS (OpenSource Network OS), Cognitive Campus Networking, Wifi networking, and CloudVision (Network Automation & Telemetry) and Monitoring Fabric solutions (Big Switch).
  • Engaging with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista's value proposition.
  • Collaborating with Arista systems engineers to design and propose compelling solutions that reduce the total cost of ownership.
  • Partnering with technology collaborators to identify prospects and showcase best-in-class solutions.
  • Establishing and managing key channel relationships within your territory.
  • Developing strategic and tactical account plans based on regular business reviews with your prospects and clients.
  • Conducting demand generation initiatives such as networking events, educational sessions, and technology forums.
  • Working alongside Arista colleagues on marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Staying informed about technology partner solutions, competitive offerings, and competitor strategies.
