Regional Account Manager

As a Regional Account Manager for Restaurant Partnerships at Wolt, you will play a key role in driving growth and success of our restaurant partnerships across Skåne. Your strategic overview of our restaurant partnerships will involve leading and coaching a team of Restaurant Associates and Specialists. Key responsibilities include driving and managing growth of our current venues, taking ownership of the relationship from contract signing, and overseeing successful onboarding and training of restaurant partners. You will also use data to optimize venue performance, apply effective restaurant tiering, and conduct quality and satisfaction checks. Experience in account management, team lead, and fluent language skills are essential for this role. Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM or Excel are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage growth of current venues
- Take ownership of the relationship from contract signing
- Oversee successful onboarding and training of restaurant partners
- Use data to optimize venue performance
- Apply effective restaurant tiering
- Conduct quality and satisfaction checks
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns
Requirements:
- Previous account management experience
- Team lead experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience with analytics platforms or strong CRM or Excel skills
- Regional new sales responsibility experience a plus
- Experience with OKRs and setting team KPIs
