Sales and Account Manager

Your Key Role
In the position of Key Account Manager at Zumtobel, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services within a sales team to achieve established sales targets and improve the overall business results.
Targeting mainly installers and end-users, as well as lighting specialists at wholesalers, you will focus on project sales and various applications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers to build positive relationships that generate future sales and repeat business.
- Referencing sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity information to contacts within the organisation to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Providing recommendations for long-term sales plans for customers and accounts.
- Monitoring, supporting, and adapting sales activities to meet business objectives.
- Establishing annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritising and scheduling your own activities to ensure targets are met.
- Closing the gaps between sales representatives and the technical aspects of our products and services to support them in achieving their objectives.
Requirements and Expectations
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual with:
- Good experience in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry.
- Strong networks with contacts in the Stockholm and wider Swedish region.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Highly structured and motivated with a drive for results.
- The ability to find new leads and approach new prospects to strengthen growth and profitability.
- Excellent presentation skills and charisma.
- A relevant technical education would be an added benefit.
