About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Director to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice, you will play a crucial role in developing business and delivering projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement executive compensation and incentive programs for clients
  • Nurture business networks across various business lines and geographies
  • Lead a team of junior and mid-level colleagues
  • Partner with clients to determine the most suitable solutions to their executive compensation issues

Our team is a multinational cluster, working together as one team of colleagues from Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland. We provide advice to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Senior Management population of the largest multinational companies in these regions and beyond.
