Executive Compensation Strategist

As a key member of the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory (ECBA) practice at WTW, you will be responsible for developing business and delivering projects that align corporate strategy with executive compensation design. Our consultancy services cover a range of disciplines, including strategy, corporate governance, performance management, ESG, finance, HR, and psychology.
The Role
You will plan, design, and implement executive compensation and incentive programs for clients, while leading a team of junior and mid-level colleagues. You will also partner with other directors on top-tier clients and projects, and collaborate with our Work, Rewards & Career (WRC) and Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) practices to drive added value within broader rewards topics.
Our multinational cluster provides advice to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Senior Management population of the largest multinational companies in various regions. We are looking for colleagues who are willing to develop, coach, and mentor talent to improve team performance, while building and developing diverse teams.
