As a key member of the Stillfront team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing an internal communication strategy that drives unity, transparency, and engagement across the organization. Your primary objective will be to create a seamless flow of information between central teams and game development studios worldwide.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the narrative of our global gaming community. As Internal Communication Manager, you will work closely with Business Area teams, departments, and game development studios to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that fosters collaboration, innovation, and a strong corporate culture.
  • Drive the internal communications agenda, working closely with colleagues from various departments and game teams to ensure effective communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Create engaging content, including video production, case studies, newsletters, and articles, tailored to meet the needs of different teams and regions.
  • Plan and organize internal events, such as conferences and summits, to promote company-wide communication and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop an employer branding strategy that showcases Stillfront's brand identity and attracts top talent.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in internal communication, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably within a dynamic, global organization. Proven experience in creating and implementing communication strategies across diverse teams and regions is essential.

You should possess exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, are also crucial.

A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and fostering a strong corporate culture is essential. Experience in using communication tools and platforms, such as intranet systems and newsletters, is also desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, based on your qualifications and location, which will include travel opportunities to build connections with game studio teams worldwide.
