About the Role:

  • This role is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a significant impact on our clients' websites, enhancing user experiences and conversion rates.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing website performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize user journeys.
  • As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate with designers and product managers to inform design decisions and prioritize UX enhancements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Website Performance: Analyze traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • User Experience Optimization: Design and implement strategies to enhance user experiences, driving increased conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Continuous Optimization: Iterate on A/B tests to continually improve website performance, learning from past experiments to apply insights to future tests.
  • Data Quality: Proactively identify areas where data is missing or inaccurate, ensuring trustworthy analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to prioritize improvements and guide UX design decisions.
  • Tool Mastery: Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, DEP, Optimizely, and Content Square.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with web analytics tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with UX design principles and human-centered design approaches.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location: This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and requires relocation to join our team.
