About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering insights to the entire Storytel organization, using data to drive change and inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Individual contributor performing efficient data analysis from start to finish
  • Problem articulation, translating business needs to data requirements, forming of hypotheses
  • Extract, understand, and analyze data to identify patterns and derive valuable information
  • Visualize and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners across domains
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure data products drive business value
  • Focus on building reusable assets that improve efficiency throughout the analytics workflow

Requirements

  • A few years of experience structuring and solving complex problems using data and technology
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or equivalent
  • Organized, structured, and logical thinker with a methodical approach to solving business problems
  • Ability to identify and understand business needs and provide insights to answer those questions
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing data, developing analytics solutions, and using modern analytics platforms and tools
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
