About the Role

The Art Director will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity and expressiveness of our brands over time, across geographies, and throughout all consumer touchpoints. This position requires a strong creative and visual vision, coupled with a deep understanding of brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively, bring rigor and structure to creative processes, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate the global design vision for TAG brands, well rooted in brand DNAs; maintain this vision over time.
  • Uphold the visual essence of our brands across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment.
  • Forge strong partnerships with TAG brand teams and with key markets to ensure the cohesive design direction is effectively implemented for each brand, centrally and locally.
  • Seek and establish relationships with external creative talents to enhance the brand's visual output (designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creative professionals).
  • Support TAG brand teams to optimize creative processes (cost & time) by reducing dependency on intermediaries, leveraging direct collaborations with key talents and internalizing tasks when feasible.
  • Work hand in hand with TAG brand teams to ensure the timely and within-budget execution of design projects, until final production, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Train and coach TAG Marketing organization in design strategy and execution.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Art Director who can bring a fresh perspective to our brand's visual identity. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Art, Architecture, Design, or Graphic Design, and a minimum of 15 years in a creative leadership role, with a track record in the area of design (packaging, retail and/or communications). International experience is highly valued, and English is the primary language of communication.
