About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Design Director to drive the long-term direction of our game's progression, economy, and social features. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating our vision, design, and constraints to ensure seamless collaboration and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for progression, economy, and social features that aligns with our overall game vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of design plans.
- Enhance the collaborative process and structure within and outside the team to drive innovation and growth.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
- At least one shipped title in a design leadership role.
- Experience with live service games and a strong understanding of multiplayer design principles.
- Several years of games industry experience with a proven track record of success.
