Job Title: Senior Voice Over Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Voice Over Designer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our audio team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality voice over experiences for our games.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the audio director and voice designers to create immersive voice over experiences
  • Work with the narrative team to develop the style and tone of the script and actor's performance
  • Cast actors in collaboration with other teams and manage voice over outsourcing partners and vendors
  • Plan, attend, and direct voice over sessions and MOCAP shoots
  • Define and maintain voice over recording and delivery specifications
  • Edit, process, implement, and mix voice over content into the game
  • Work with audio programmers to develop voice integration pipelines
  • Maintain the structure of the data pipeline from script to localized assets
  • Collaborate on the mix of the game with the audio director
  • Bug fixing and delivery
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of industry experience shipping AA/AAA titles or equivalent knowledge
  • Proficient in modern studio hardware, recording techniques, and software such as Reaper, ProTools, Sound Forge, and Waves plugins
  • Knowledge of implementation of voice or audio in game engines such as Frostbite or Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of graphical audio programming, e.g. Reaktor, Max-MSP, Pure Data, is a plus
  • Experience with voice over recording techniques
  • Excellent team and collaboration skills
  • Artistic and narrative sense
  • Excellent voice production skills
  • Experience working with actors
  • High level of English, reading, writing, and comprehension
