Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Software Quality and Technology strategy within Battlefield QV, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met by all teams.
- Own and drive planning, communication, and reporting mechanisms for the QV Software Quality & Technology organization.
- Lead the execution of objectives across multiple disciplines with a focus on value for Battlefield and EA.
- Own and drive risk identification, analysis, and resolution for high-priority goals within the Software Quality & Technology organization.
About You
We're looking for a collaborative and inclusive leader with 10+ years of experience leading execution and delivery of complex software engineering projects in the digital entertainment space. You should have excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills to report product and project status.
