We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead our business in the beauty and cosmetics industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.
About the Role:
- Lead commercial development and drive business growth through innovative strategies and partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
