Business Development Director Japan Role

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth in Japan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government officials
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- 10+ years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Competitive salary: ¥12,000,000 - ¥15,000,000 per annum
