Role Overview
Wolt Sweden is embarking on an exciting new chapter, and we're seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to spearhead our commercial and expansion strategies. As a key member of our Lead team, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing and implementing commercial strategies, growing and developing our venue portfolio, and driving sales activities in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive portfolio growth and expand our business in the market, including pipeline management and process development.
- Own the venue portfolio development strategy, evaluating market potential, identifying gaps, and staying ahead of competitors.
- Track and analyze KPIs and targets across sales focus areas, key account development, and new market opportunities.
- Lead the sales and account management team, instilling a best-in-class approach and working closely with Talent Acquisition and Development teams to recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members.
- Collaborate with the Lead team to drive overall business strategies and contribute to the well-being of the entire team.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing commercial teams and leading from the front.
- Excellent analytical skills, including data analysis and KPI production.
- Experience in the FMCG or HORECA industry, with a strong understanding of the food delivery tech market and our competitors.
- Strong local connections and a passion for sales and networking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish.
