Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Commercial advisors, Software asset specialists, and IT-purchase professionals to drive procurement excellence.
  • Coach and manage the team to support the organization with procurement-related topics, including invoice reconciliation, onboarding, and offboarding of personnel, data baselining, contract performance, and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Assess and select suppliers, negotiating contractual terms that benefit the company.
  • Support teams with running procurement processes and monitor budget and savings targets.
Requirements
  • Proven team management experience.
Languages
  • Swedish (Proficient)
  • English (Proficient)
