YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Over the past 10 years, Boozt.com has grown to become the leading Nordic Department store. To strengthen the Boozt brand locally and for our core markets to grow further we are looking for two Country Managers, one for the Swedish market and one for the Norwegian market.
As a Country Manager for Sweden you will be part of a team of other Country Managers and be responsible for the Swedish market. Your primary responsibility will be managing and optimising the P&L for the country ensuring that the revenue targets are met while continuously improving the commercial KPIs for the market.
You will work closely with the core commercial teams such as Category Management, CRM, Media, BI, Brand & Visual Communication as well as Buying & Merchandising.
We offer the flexibility of working remotely for this position, with mandatory visits to the Headquarter in Malmö approximately 4-6 days a month and you will report to our Country & Category Director.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Swedish Country Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the Swedish customers have the best possible shopping experience and you will act as their ambassador. You will set the local strategy with other key stakeholders and make sure that we execute accordingly, i.e.
● Enter into extensive cross-collaboration with our core teams within marketing, buying, distribution, development, etc.
● Evaluate and optimise local commercial conditions to improve performance and P&L.
● Reporting, aligning internally with stakeholders and preparing local market analysis, in order to identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen both the operational and commercial aspects of the market.
● Monitor the daily operations, making sure that we live up to our standards.
● Prepare, help to implement and monitor new strategic and operational initiatives for the Swedish market.
● Managing and optimising the local P&L, meeting revenue targets and balancing marketing costs in cooperation with other teams
YOUR PROFILE
We believe that you have a proven track record of driving commercial initiatives both on an individual basis as well as with internal stakeholders

● 5+ years of commercially focused experience from start up and/or scale up or hyper growth experience where you have operated across markets and/or similar commercial roles.
● Strong business & commercial mindset, self-driven, structured, and proactive.
● Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Media or equivalent field.
