Job Title: Commercial Country Manager

Boozt is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Country Manager to lead our Swedish market. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving commercial KPIs, and ensuring the Swedish market meets its revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a local strategy to drive revenue growth and improve commercial KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize local commercial conditions and improve performance
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Prepare and implement new strategic and operational initiatives for the Swedish market
  • Manage and optimize the local P&L, meeting revenue targets and balancing marketing costs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of commercially focused experience from start-up and/or scale-up or hyper-growth experience
  • Strong business and commercial mindset, self-driven, structured, and proactive
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or equivalent field
