Commercial Country Manager

Boozt is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Country Manager to lead our Swedish market and drive business growth.
About the RoleAs a Commercial Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Swedish market, ensuring alignment with Boozt's overall business objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Category Management, CRM, Media, BI, Brand & Visual Communication, and Buying & Merchandising, to drive revenue growth and improve commercial KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Swedish market, ensuring alignment with Boozt's overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the local P&L, meeting revenue targets and balancing marketing costs in cooperation with other teams.
- Enter into extensive cross-collaboration with core teams within marketing, buying, distribution, development, etc.
- Evaluate and optimize local commercial conditions to improve performance and P&L.
- Monitor the daily operations, making sure that we live up to our standards.
- Prepare, help to implement and monitor new strategic and operational initiatives for the Swedish market.
- 5+ years of commercially focused experience from start-up and/or scale-up or hyper-growth experience where you have operated across markets and/or similar commercial roles.
- Strong business & commercial mindset, self-driven, structured, and proactive.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or equivalent field.
