Country Commercial Controller

Your role:
Provide financial leadership to Country Sales and drive integrity in financial and business decisions.
Contribute to developing and executing business strategies, which meet customer expectations, and increase shareholder value.
Enforce compliance with corporate and regional policies.
Key responsibilities:
Act as business partner to Country Sales Manager.
Manage and conduct regular reviews of month-end actuals deliverables, rolling forecast and budget with the Regional Management Team.
Head up the collection, analysis, presentation, and distribution of financial information required by Regional Management Team.
Monitor and audit customer reimbursements, related contracts and ensure full compliance in accounting records.
Conduct regular business reviews, set benchmarking, offer audits, cash flow analysis and profitability reviews on customer and product level.
Prepare and analyze income statement and balance sheet reporting for month-end activities, rolling forecast and budget for the related commercial activities within the region.
Work closely with Regional Shared Service Center (SSC) coordinating and monitoring the accounting functions and procedures impacting on the Legal Entities under own responsibility (AR, AP, G/L, payroll).
Enforce internal controls ensuring SOX compliance and improve local processes.
Education and professional knowledge:
University degree, ideally in accounting, finance, or business administration.
3-5 years of professional experience in Finance, preferably in a multinational, matrix driven organization.
Professional level of working proficiency with MS Excel, SAP.
Strong technical and analytical skills. Technical experience will cover the range of financial systems, ERP systems, pricing systems, tax, and accounting standards.
Customer focused, both internal and external.
Accountable and drive for results.
Strong intrinsic motivation, positive charisma, and pro-active mindset.
Cross-cultural communication skill is a plus.
Absolute personal integrity, high reliability, and identification with the company.
Demonstrates business acumen.
