WHAT YOU'LL DO

You are in the early stages of your career, either close to completing your bachelor's thesis and nearing graduation, or possess 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

You have a keen interest in Finance, business analytics, and commercial topics, particularly within various Finance IT systems/software/digitalization. As part of your role, you will be involved in the following tasks among others:

  • Engage in Reporting, analytics, and data preparations for the Nordic Finance Controlling team and other stakeholders from different departments, both on a recurring and ad hoc basis.
  • Support processes related to digital tools, such as building SAP financial reports, creating Alteryx-flows, developing Tableau visualizations, GenAI, etc., with the aim of becoming a proficient user/expert in selected systems/tools. Extensive hands-on training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge essential for excelling in your role.
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance, updates, and overall management of digital tools to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Provide analytical support for internal projects, focusing mainly on the Nordic Business Controlling Team, covering areas like enhancing existing processes, creating new ones, offering strategic support, and driving digitalization efforts.
  • Create presentation materials for internal stakeholders.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

The desired skills and qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Hold an academic degree equivalent to a bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
  • Have some experience in financial reporting/analysis activities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills like MS Office Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong willingness to constantly learn and improve in new software.
  • Preferably, have experience with systems like Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Alteryx, Tableau, GenAI, and SQL.
  • Demonstrate excellent English language skills in both oral and written communication.
YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will mainly collaborate with the Nordic Finance Controlling Team, focusing on reporting, analysis, and internal strategic topics for the four Nordic countries: Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. Close collaboration will also be maintained with the Nordic Finance Analytics team to leverage knowledge and technical support in tools. This position is based in Stockholm, reporting to the Nordic Business Controlling Manager.
