Fiftytwo headquarter is in Copenhagen, Denmark, but we expect our coming Nordic Partner Manager to be located in Sweden, preferably in Stockholm.

Fiftytwo has already explored making partnerships, primarily in Denmark and Norway, and our focus is to continue this in Sweden while maintaining existing partners, to have a complete Nordic partner network.

The right candidate will be part of the Sales & Marketing organization currently containing 9 people, primarily in Denmark, but also in Oslo and Stockholm.

Job Description

As a Nordic Partner Manager at Fiftytwo A/S, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success in the Nordic market. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including lead generators and resellers partners, to maximize revenue and market penetration. The goal is to resell the Fiftytwo ViKING POS solution via partners and create a lead channel to our direct sales across the Nordics.

It is important that the Nordic Partner Manager is driven by sales and wants to actively participate in selling to end customers, primarily through partners, but also directly.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.

Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Nordic region, and act as a primary commercial point of contact for partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with overall business goals.

Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Proven experience in partner management and sales, preferably in the retail technology sector.

Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish).

Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively and willingness to travel within the Nordic region as required.
