We are looking for a proactive and strategic Partner Manager to lead the development and execution of our partner program in the Nordic region. This key role requires someone with a strong vision and hands-on skills to design and implement a tailored partner program. Your main tasks will include creating strategic alliances, fostering relationships, and ensuring our partner ecosystem aligns with our goals for sustainable growth.

Reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will collaborate with both enterprise and small enterprise sales teams to establish partnerships with various entities such as platforms, web agencies, consultancy firms, and investors.

Your qualifications and background:
You should have 3-5 years of experience in partnership collaborations. Being based in Stockholm is preferred, with occasional travel within the Nordic region. Ideal candidates possess strong strategic planning abilities, excellent multitasking skills, effective communication, proactiveness, and a passion for contributing to Qliro's evolution as a leading payments provider. Experience in payment solutions, e-commerce, and web agencies is advantageous.

  • Develop and execute project plans effectively.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Demonstrate proactiveness and self-motivation.
  • Contribute to Qliro's growth as a European payments leader.
  • Have knowledge of payment solutions and e-commerce challenges.

Responsibilities:
In collaboration with our CCO and sales teams, your tasks will include:

  • Customizing a partnership program for the Nordic Region.
  • Identifying key partnerships, integrations, and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining existing partnerships.
  • Implementing the partnership program by representing Qliro at events, creating agreements with various partners, and ensuring high engagement.
  • Working closely with sales to drive partner participation and lead generation.
  • Establishing systems for product integration and maintenance.
