Today, we employ around 300 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Partner Manager who wants to make a difference.

The Role

Would you like to be responsible for our vendors and partnerships? Are you great at communication and building relationships while being business-driven? Then you are the one we are looking for. This is an exciting role at Truesec, and we are just at the beginning of the journey.

In this role you will be working close to our strategic vendors. Driving mutually beneficial marketing initiatives, lead generating activities and collaborating with their sales representatives. And make sure that we are aligned with our vendors, that they remain aware of our engagements and to assure good working relationships in both short and long term. You will mainly focus on a few selected strategic vendors.

We have partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and other companies that offer our services to their customers. Your task will be to activate these partnerships to expand our SOC services. This includes assisting partners with marketing, sales enablement, co-selling, and activating their sales teams. We want you to continue developing these efforts with both existing and new partners.

In this role you will be working cross domains and together with Sales and Marketing This role will be reporting to Head of Sales.

Your Potential Background

We are looking for individuals with strong, well-established networking skills who are committed to building long-term relationships. You are a doer and a relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset and experience in sales or pre-sales roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market and how different parties operate, recognizing the mutual benefits of developed cooperation.

Required Skills:


• +5 years of vendor management (or equivalent) experience.


• Experience from the cyber/IT security field.


• Experience within business development.


• Experience from working with and enabling channel partners in the IT industry.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Swedish (extra merit for additional languages).

Bonus Skills:


• Experience with of working with key vendors in the Cyber industry (beneficial if you have experience from working with e.g. Microsoft, Crowdstrike, Vectra, etc).
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions in partnerships

Due to the sensitivity in our work, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
