Through our EV charging management platform we:

Provide drivers with an exceptional charging tool (through our app)

Help companies with a flexible cloud service for managing their EV-fleet charging and

Enable charging point intermediaries to integrate a simple payment solution for all their stations and enable them to customise their products and services for their clients (customers)

Role Summary

Northe ́s Senior Controller / Finance Lead is responsible for the company's financial stability. The role will consist of a close collaboration with CEO on financial matters from fundraising to Accounts receivable. The finance team is under construction meaning that from the start it will require hands on work high and low. The Senior Controller / Finance Lead will play a crucial role in day to day operations supporting the commercial and operational team handling our current and new customers.

An ideal background is a person that has experience from the startup/scaleup world with fast decisions and execution. A sense of urgency and ability to quickly make decisions is important to succeed in this role. Knowledge within accounting as well as controlling is preferable as this position requires a more generalist approach than a specialist.

Main responsibilities

  • Cash flow management
  • Tax and VAT management for multiple EU countries with our accounting firm
  • Accounting management through external accounting firm
  • Business controlling
  • Financial statement reporting and management
  • Month end closing and Balance reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable overview
  • Financial processes with partners
  • Fundraising administration and preparation

Main Skills

  • (Probably but not exclusively) 4+ years experience within controlling or financial positions
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Research and analytical skills
  • MS Office basic level, great excel skills.
