We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Mission Critical Networks (MCN) for the Customer Unit Northern & Central Europe (NCE) who will report directly to the Head of Mission Critical Networks in MELA.

This role will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, as well as establishing market leadership in the key verticals of Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, and Defense in the Customer Unit Northern & Central Europe (NCE).

This role depends upon a deep understanding of our existing and potential customers’ business, operations, and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for orders booked, net sales, profitability and cash-flow, including working capital.

In addition, this KAM will orchestrate the sales engagements across Northern & Central Europe geography and secure a coordinated effort with MELA MCN Business Development expert team.

What you will do

Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader, grow our business and build strong customer relations. Generate profitability sales and develop long term business in the area of Mission Critical Networks. Together with the MELA MCN Business Development expert team identify and secure short-mid-long term business opportunities for profitable growth. Create and improve customer relationships. Apply Go-to-Market models and competitive commercial models and strategies. Lead with integrity the KAM team to delight Mission Critical Networks customers and offer best in class solutions. Drive negotiation in both private and public procurement scenarios.

You will bring

Education: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar. 8+ years validated experience of relationship sales within the ICT industry and/or MCN segment. Strong understanding of the reference Industries (Railway, Utilities, Public Safety, Defense) and their communication needs. Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding. Excellence at problem solving and critical thinking. Cultural awareness and capability to work across different geographies. Leadership and change management skills. Integrity and business ethic. Ability to enable teamwork and collaboration. Financial foresight, innovative and creative thinking. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Social ability and interpersonal skills. Accountable and committed with a passion to win. Perseverant and result oriented.

The role will be based in Sweden.
