About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Key Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The lies within the Northern Europe business unit in our amazing Stockholm office

You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and will report to the Head of Retail Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.

You will have full P&L responsibility and craft the customer strategy, encompassing portfolio, price, promotion, and category management. Based in our vibrant new office in Stockholm city, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to continuous improvement and achieving stellar results, all while enjoying the journey.

In brief, you will be responsible for

Owning the P&L for a selected number of key Swedish customers Managing day to day relationship with these customers and building strong partnerships Develop and execute customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives Preparing and executing the Annual Operating Plan for these accounts Formulate Joint Business Plans Setting promo plans and optimizing assortment including listings of NPDs Implement field sales strategies and strategic partnerships for your accounts Close cross functional collaboration with the marketing, finance, and supply functions for setting and executing: Marketing planBudget setting and follow up, and business casesDemand planning


Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Sales, facing Swedish Grocery/Retail customers is highly preferred Fluent Swedish and English skills

Professional Attributes

Well-developed communication and networking skills Confident and ability to handle high-level negotiations Resilience and able to work under high pressure Ability to simplify and reduce complexity Strong commercial mindset and result driven Strong Analytical skills and P&L understanding
