Claims Advocate - Financial & Professional Risks (Stochkolm)

We will rely on you to:

- Manage and handle claims related to directors’ and officers’ liability insurance, crime insurance, and professional indemnity insurance for our large book of financial and professional services clients in Sweden

- Collaborate with brokers to ensure efficient and effective claims handling processes

- Provide guidance and support to brokers on complex claims matters

- Help establish and implement a new claims handling system to improve claims management

- Work closely with the existing claims team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach across the Nordic region

What you need to have:

- Significant experience (5+ years) in handling complex claims, ideally within the financial and professional services sectors

- Strong technical knowledge of directors’ and officers’ liability, crime, and professional indemnity insurance products

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with brokers and clients

- Ability to work independently and take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

- Willingness to help build and shape the claims function from the ground up

- Fluency in English and Swedish
