About the Role

As a Multi Counter Manager at MAC, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple brands and achieving sales targets. You will ensure that customers receive the best in-store experience and lead and develop a team of sales advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Maintain outstanding customer service, track sales, monitor KPIs, and communicate business results.
  • People Management: Recruit, support, and develop the team, conduct performance discussions, and proactively manage poor performance.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, inspire and motivate the team, and build a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or make-up school certificate.
  • +3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty sector, with management experience.
  • Business-minded, aligned with KPIs, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, delegation, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in a Nordic language and English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Experience with POS systems and social media platforms.
