About the Role:
As a Cosmetics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and customer experience across multiple brands, including MAC. You will lead a team of sales advisors, manage inventory, and develop strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple brands and sales teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
• Lead and develop a team of sales advisors to their full potential
• Manage inventory and maintain excellent visual merchandising and hygiene standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty sector
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, and weekends
