Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple counters of different brands, including Estee Lauder, MAC, and others, to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and develop a team of sales advisors to their full potential, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor sales, track KPIs, and communicate business results to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with business trends and develop action plans to generate incremental sales.
- Optimize store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and scheduling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty sector, with management experience.
- Business-minded and aligned with KPIs set by the company.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to oversee multiple brands.
- Excellent communication, organization, delegation, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
