Job Overview



We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Nordic Mid-Market team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth in the mid-size private sector, cultivating strong relationships with existing and new customers, and developing strategic business plans to expand Lenovo's market presence.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the mid-size private sector, focusing on both current customers and acquiring new ones.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with accounts across Sweden, ensuring consistent follow-up, delivering product insights, and managing client needs and expectations.
  • Expand Customer Base: Onboard and empower both existing and new acquisition customers, assisting partners with a winning strategy while always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial Strategy: Strategize and execute commercial activities tailored to individual accounts, including discussions on new product launches and effective merchandising.
  • Collaborate and Foster Synergy: Foster executive-level collaborations between partners and customers to enhance business synergy.
  • Market Expansion: Design and implement strategic business plans to expand Lenovo's market presence, staying updated on market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by maximizing opportunities across diverse business partner channels, capitalizing on our channel incentive programs.


Requirements:



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred;
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, good communication skills;
  • Customer-service oriented, taking a client-centric approach to every interaction;
  • Comfortable interacting frequently with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborative and ready for a challenge;
