As a Territory Manager for Coronary Renal Denervation at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in driving market growth and market share within the territory. You will develop strong account sales strategies and execute them, identify and build lasting business relationships with key decision makers, and support marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review.
A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for:
• Driving CRDN market growth and market share within the territory, by developing strong account sales strategies as well as planning and execution of them.
• Identifying and building strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
• Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review.
• Inventory and product management, ensuring high quality of product and inventory services.
Requirements
You must have:• A healthcare-related medical or scientific degree or its equivalent.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Customer-oriented with a high drive of building long-term relationships.
• Capacity to travel up to 75% of a workweek.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• A clean driver's license.
