Exciting opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals and drive commercial growth in the Northern Europe region for Qatar Airways.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to exceed commercial targets in the region.

Your primary focus will be on leading the Leisure sales team by defining the strategy to maintain and increase sales through commercial actions and partnerships. You will analyze sales data and use business- and market intelligence to drive and maximize leisure revenue.

You will also be responsible for driving, structuring, and implementing sales plans to optimize QR's revenue and presence in the market. Additionally, you will improve focus and alignment of key distribution channels in the assigned territories as per QR distribution strategy.

Furthermore, you will formulate and implement B2B strategies with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts and drive revenue streams from new business. You will also be accountable for negotiating partner incentive agreements and develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with them.
