Driving Growth in Nordic Markets

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our American Express Nordics Consumer Acquisition team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in driving growth in the Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish markets.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in business planning or strategy roles. You will work closely with international Finance colleagues to plan marketing budgets, performance planning over multiple horizons and related reporting.
You will be responsible for analytics and strategy input with the ambition to unlock incremental growth in the respective markets, applying different tactics to the different cultures and contexts. Additionally, you will work closely with the Acquisition team members and cluster business management team to analyze and report the underlying performance of campaigns and the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with international Finance colleagues for planning of marketing budgets, performance planning over multiple horizons and related reporting.
- Be part of the Acquisition Steer team as the key member responsible for analytics and strategy input with the ambition to unlock incremental growth in the respective markets, applying different tactics to the different cultures and contexts.
- Work closely with the Acquisition team members and cluster business management team to analyze and report the underlying performance of campaigns and the marketing funnel.
- Fluency in Swedish and English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skill-set, always basing strategies, tactics and actions on data.
- Good understanding of the macro economy together market and industry trends.
