About the Role

As the Colleague Growth Strategist, you will be part of the People Life Cycle team and play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous employee engagement, learning, and development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement the 'Grow' strategy and governance framework to ensure business relevance and effectiveness.
  2. Grow Experience – People Life Cycle Development: Design and deliver strategic initiatives to enhance the colleague experience and drive organizational success.
  3. Learning & Development Strategy: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth through strategic oversight of learning and development processes, methodologies, and initiatives.
  4. Learning Offer and Design: Secure the business relevance of learning programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and capabilities of employees and drive organizational performance.
  5. Digital Enablement: Identify, select, implement, and optimize technology solutions to enhance Grow processes, programs, and initiatives.
  6. Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure seamless and positive experiences for new hires, employees moving, and departing roles.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Strategic thinking and operational experience in Learning & Development with deep understanding of its impact on organizational objectives.
  2. Strong leadership skills with proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  3. Solid experience in developing and implementing learning and development strategies in global organizations.
  4. Adept at navigating complex matrix organizations.
  5. Extensive experience in managing L&D strategy, budget, procurement, and compliance.
  6. Proficient in implementing and managing L&D technology platforms.
  7. Formal education in HR, Business Management, or similar.

About the Opportunity

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm, Sweden. The successful candidate will report to the Head of People Life Cycle.

Earnings Potential

The estimated salary for this position is between 80,000 - 110,000 EUR per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
