Bangerhead is a leading e-commerce company in the Nordic region, offering a wide range of beauty products from top brands. We're looking for a talented Growth Lead to join our team and drive our growth strategy forward.
About the RoleAs a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to increase our online presence and sales in the Nordic and European markets. You will work closely with our external digital agencies to ensure effective marketing campaigns and optimize our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase our online presence and sales in the Nordic and European markets.
- Manage and optimize our relationships with external digital agencies to ensure effective marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market data, customer behavior, and trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Initiate and lead projects that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain our market position.
Bangerhead has grown significantly since its inception in 2009, offering over 30,000 beauty products from top brands. We value innovation, collaboration, and personal growth, and strive to be a leading player in our industry.
This role is based in our Stockholm office.
