About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to help us take our platform to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product teams, SEO team, and Performance Marketing team to drive growth and conversion rate optimization
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to improve user experience
  • Act as an architect, taking ownership of complex technical projects, including planning, cross-team collaboration, and impact evaluation
  • Utilize expertise in frontend web development technologies such as Typescript, React, Next.js, HTML, and CSS
  • Leverage experience in backend development, particularly in Python and/or frameworks like Django
  • Fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture

Requirements

  • Experience from working as a fullstack developer, with focus on frontend development
  • Strong knowledge using Typescript, React, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience from working with full stack frameworks like Django or Ruby on Rails
  • Strong interest in user growth, A/B testing, and interest and knowledge in experimentation and product analytics
