Overview

Nordea Bank is a leading financial institution seeking a highly skilled Resilience Strategist to join its Enterprise-wide Risk Management team. This role is based in Poland, Helsinki, or Stockholm.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a Resilience Strategist, you will play a critical role in executing our recovery and resolution plans. You will take portfolio responsibility for a range of activities that target Nordea's resolvability and execute on a range of important programme and business as usual deliveries.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the Group Head of Recovery & Resolution, taking independent responsibility for Recovery and Resolution deliveries, working closely with management to develop and articulate the strategic direction for Recovery and Resolution, and preparing and coordinating decision proposals to the leadership team of ERM Recovery and Resolution.
