About the Role
As a Senior Sales Strategist for Payments and Identity Solutions at Idemia, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building key partnerships, and expanding market reach within digital, powered-, and metal cards.
Your primary focus will be on new sales with existing customers, as well as approaching and winning new customers, focusing primarily on Idemia's digital services in payments and our strong service offerings within Metal Cards and Powered Cards.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Identify high-value opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and maximize sales potential to exceed budget targets.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry players, leading to long-term business collaborations.
- Sales Initiatives: Focus on strategic sales efforts to reach new markets, tap into different customer segments, and expand beyond traditional boundaries.
- Market Intelligence: Support the company in staying ahead of competitors by being proactive in identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Innovation: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to the market, meeting customer demands and staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Experience working in a Financial Institution, bank industry, or Fintech, payment scheme.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Swedish, with another Nordic language being an asset.
- Education: University degree or equivalent job experience in a field related to the role.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive approach, action-oriented, self-driven, excellent understanding of the payment industry, good understanding of payment technology, and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
