We're now seeking an ambitious professional to join our Regional Sales team. If you have a strong interest in influencer marketing for the German market, this could be your ideal opportunity. As a Marketing Influencer Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving Desenio Group's continued growth in Germany. Your focus will be on influencer marketing and social media, while utilizing your sales and negotiation skills to excel in this position.

You'll be part of a dynamic team consisting of 4 colleagues, working on Regional Sales & Influencer marketing for Germany. This team is hardworking, loyal, and always strives for improvement, maintaining a fun and motivating work environment. You'll report directly to our Country Manager and work at our headquarters in Södermalm.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive traffic and sales to Desenio through scouting and building relationships with influencers/agencies/brands for the German market.
  • Develop close relationships with influencers, agencies, and brands to maintain a strong level of commitment.
  • Plan sales and branding-focused campaigns for influencers and analyze outcomes, focusing on revenue and costs.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders and create external agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant campaigns and digital media advancements.
  • Coordinate and follow up on marketing and PR initiatives to drive improved brand awareness in Germany.

What We're Looking For

  • You're early in your career and have a strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration or similar.
  • An understanding of a result-oriented environment and a willingness to aim for high goals and targets.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge in a specific area within marketing such as online/offline marketing, digital analytics, analytic tools or similar.
  • Experience in negotiating and establishing relationships with partners.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media, and/or PR.

Salary and Benefits

As a Marketing Influencer Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from approximately 65,000 to 80,000 EUR per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plans, and generous paid time off.
