Sales Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Lead to join our team at Worldfavor, a leading digital SaaS platform focused on making sustainable business mainstream.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Sales Development team in delivering outstanding results, driving sales growth, and shaping our go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Sales Development team to achieve exceptional results, scaling expertise and driving team deliverables.
- Book and conduct customer meetings, qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Set, monitor, and coach towards meaningful KPIs for individual targets and team-level performance.
- Create feedback loops between Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Development teams.
- Oversee Marketing and Sales alignment on go-to-market and business strategy.
- Develop the team and individuals further in alignment with our strategy, including 1:1s, team meetings, recruitment, onboarding, and trainings.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within a SaaS organization.
- Experience leading a team successfully, coaching direct reports, and defining/maintaining team metrics and milestones.
- Ability to define and execute processes to reach sales development goals.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, using data and analytics as a North Star.
- Solid knowledge of inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
- Fluency in English; Swedish fluency is a plus.
- A university degree or equivalent.
