Sales and Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at SHERPANY. In this role, you will be responsible for convincing and winning over well-known enterprise companies in Sweden for our cloud-based meeting management solution.
Key Responsibilities- Presenting our vision to decision-makers in various industries and convincing them of our concept.
- Talking to various departments of our customers and finding out their requirements.
- Recognizing the needs of interested parties and preparing suitable offers.
- Working closely with the Sales, Product and Customer Success team to improve the sales cycle, including optimizing lead generation, pipeline creation and conversion rate.
- Sound sales experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in 360° sales and love being responsible for the entire sales cycle.
- Impressive communication skills and a passion for networking and relationship-building.
- A self-organized individual who can set goals and pursue them persistently.
- The ability to think creatively and find new ways to overcome challenges.
- Native-level Swedish language skills and a very good level of English.
